We intentionally keep our team small so we can maintain the quality and consistency of every service. With low staff turnover, many of our technicians have been with us since we opened in 2019, creating a highly experienced and closely trained team.

All our lash and brow technicians have a minimum of five years’ industry experience. Every member of our team is carefully selected and retrained to our standards, so you can expect consistently beautiful results — no matter who you book with.

A Strict Selection Process

We only bring onboard already experience techinicials and every potential Lash Sanctuary artist goes through a thorough selection process, including interviews and practical assessments on live models. Their work is personally reviewed before they are considered for our team. Once selected, our artists receive further training in Lash Sanctuary’s signature in-house techniques, methods and standards, ensuring a consistently high level of service across every technician and every boutique.

We take this process seriously. At times, we’ve chosen to remain understaffed rather than compromise on the quality of our team. Finding the right artist can take months, but maintaining the standard our clients know and trust will always be more important to us than simply growing our team.

Ample Treatment Time to Perfect Every Detail

Exceptional results shouldn’t be rushed. That’s why we allocate approximately 30% more treatment time than many other salons, giving our artists the time and attention needed to perfect every detail. Rather than working to a high-volume, back-to-back schedule, our focus is on precision, comfort and the finished result. From consultation through to the final touches, your appointment is thoughtfully paced so you can relax while your artist takes the time to get everything just right.
